If you find any incorrect information in your medical records, please contact the healthcare facility that created the record to request a correction. You can also file a correction request through your patient portal or by contacting our support team.

How can my healthcare facility join the National Medical Database?

Healthcare facilities interested in joining the National Medical Database should contact our registration team through the contact form on this page or by calling our support line. We provide all necessary training and technical support to connect your facility to our system.

Can I access my medical records from abroad?

Currently, the National Medical Database is only accessible within Uganda. However, you can download and print your medical records before traveling abroad. We are working on secure international access solutions for future implementation.
